I think the general rule of thumb is, without it being opened at all, 24 hours or so. Also depends on how full each of them were. Might be rubbish, but someone told me one time that if your chest freezer is at least 80% full and everything is frozen, food will still be good 2-3 days without power. It is one of the reason I freeze gallon jugs of water and leave them in there to take up space. About 5-6 large ice blocks will help keep the food safe in a power outage.
I'd toss anything that might spoil though. Not worth drinking spoiled milk or eating bad meat.
