Honestly bro, if that was your kin or something then I am sorry for your loss. But you are completely acting irrational AF about this whole thing. You keep saying things are "inarguable" when they are factually not, keep calling people "raper apologist" even though raper is not a word, just chill bro, it's a complex case and we don't have near enough evidence to conclude anything definitively as this point

Ban worthy imo.

I think they are guilty and should fry. I think she was too drunk to consent. She had no business engaging them and had she not, she’d still be alive . Not victim blaming but if you play with fire you will get burned.

I didn't think what happened to her was a crime anymore. Black on white rape used to be a thing, but now it's always consensual.

Why is mom saying they have dna evidence?

Because there was some of the alleged perp’s dna on her body (in the pelvic area), just not in her vagina. IIRC.

I honestly am sorry about her tragic death but she made poor decisions and likely initiated hooking up with these guys. She definitely got around.

To me, DNA matters when you aren’t sure who the peeps are. In this case we know exactly who they are and have statements from the people in the vehicle that they had sex. Why is anybody saying anything about DNA. Seems like just trying to cloud the picture.

Because the defense lawyers and Nak from WBRZ made it a thing early on that no dna was found in the vagina. A total misdirect.

Whoa.

Just because someone is emotionally invested does not mean their statements are not factual.

I would think someone like Gary Plauche was emotionally invested regarding his son and yet justified in his words and action.

How do you begin to prove such a thing? How do you prove it was the day before? How do you prove it is the reason behind rape like injuries? This is ridiculous.

The defense doesn’t have to prove anything. The prosecution has to prove, first that they had probable cause to believe, and, ultimately, beyond a reasonable doubt, that those injuries are linked to these Defendants, and not some other guy, or gal, that caused those injuries earlier in the day or a day or two prior

You serious? So, just to be clear, let’s just say for argument’s sake that sh was stone cold sober. Her family, namely her parents, shouldn’t care that she willingly hopped into a truck with 3 guys she doesn’t know for the expressed reason to have sex with them all right then and there?

You’re saying that the parents ought to just brush that off?

One other thing people are not thinking of is that any potential sex between Brooks and the defendants may not have left semen in Brooks if the defendants were using condoms or did not ejaculate in Brooks.

But sex according to the law, I believe, is just penetration.

There could be a hair or skin under the finger nails of one the defendants that hasn’t been leaked out, but in either case finding a hair or skin DNA wouldn’t prove sexual activity. It would only prove they were in contact.

As far as the other injuries, what other evidence could be out there would the prosecution as to measure the defendants’ erect size to see if any of them could have cause the injuries. It is not like you could get a dick print and use it like a finger print.

Imagine if the vaginal injury was 10 inches inside, your defense attorney then comes out and says as a defense you have a small peen of 4-5 inches erect and could not have injured the victim in that manner.
