I'm calling tomorrow and going to say I was trying to get a quote and the guy messed up. That I'm not divorced. They don't have proof of divorce. But at the same time in going to shop around.
I was looking at adding a 5th vehicle and a motorcycle so I need to take insurance back down some or turn a car off for now. I have a car I haven't driven in two months because I hurt my foot and can't clutch.

You kind of shot yourself in the foot on this once cause the cat is already out the bag. That’s something someone doesn’t just make up and he can run reports and see she has insurance elsewhere. To add her back on he’ll more than likely ask for proof that she resides at the residence as well

That might be insurance fraud.

Signs of a mid-life crisis probably rightfully raise insurance rates.

Most insurance calls I’ve made have been recorded.
If you try that and they have you on record claiming the opposite, that might be one too many red flags on the cost to insure you.
Why not just be truthful and pay at your actual risk level?
