i get that, but the half life of the medicine means this is out of your system by then

its half life is 5 days.

meaning to minimize side effects from the peaks and valleys, we need to be injecting 2x per week unlike whats prescibed and certainly not every other week.

so cut dose in half, split that into 2 doses.

then as needed raise the dose.
