also stop drinking coffee, any juices like orange or apple, and alcohol
add a probiotic
add in more things like broths
avoid any fatty foods, especially greasy foods so those ribs...might need to go bye bye
avoid any artificial sweetners
drink lots of water
over salt your food and stay away from spices besides salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder....at least for a while until it stops
