So I started this to help lose about 20 lbs. not too fat but could lose some. About 5 days in I started extreme loose bowels. I mean I piss out my arse the past 4 days. It’s unreal. I don’t where this is coming from I have nothing in me. I know this is a side affect but anyone else have this issue

I know it's easier said than done, but why not just do it the right way without meds? 20lbs isn't that much. How much does this drug cost?

250$. I know it’s the easy way out. And I’m willing to quit using if this is the side effects. But I feel as 3 days of having to always be near a toilet is extreme. Just curious is anyone has had these type symptoms

It’s your genetics fighting the medicine. You’re a person of size and nothing can change that

Your body needs to adjust
Think of the soreness you get the first time you run / workout after a long time off. It's similar for your gut

Have you been changing your fiber intake? Sounds like you need more

You're just going to have to do it the correct way. Limit calories to 1800 per day and you'll lose it. Throw in some exercise and you'll feel really good about yourself. It's not difficult. I lost my 30 extra over about 4 months and now I simply keep calories between 1800 and 2200 and the weight has stayed off.

Well I’m going to try that staring now. Unfortunately everything I put in comes out like urine from my arse within 20 minutes

You have to eliminate the waste in your body 1 way or another: shite, piss, and sweat is how the body does it. Sometimes it’s a combo of all 3

#1) make sure you are on lowest dose and split into 2 weekly shots. use this just to help you control cravings, use diet and lifting weights to remake your body
#2) stop eating fattier foods and processed carbs. try and stick with leaner proteins and lots of green veggies. pretty much only eat that for right now.
#3) get a fiber supplement in powder form and start using that
the medicine can be used without issues at low doses, splitting across multiple shots but it requires effort and eating like a bodybuilder when he is cutting. if you plan to just let the medicine kill your hunger and keep eating the same way....well the medicine is going to punish your a-hole literally.
ftr its designed to do that. its designed to punish you if you frick up on what you are eating. if you cant handle that and want to eat wtf ever you want....the medicine is not for you.

He's already shitting himself 24/7. Doubt he needs to add fiber for awhile.

Basically for the past week I’ve been eating half of a stuffed bell pepper and a cabbage salad every night for supper. Smoked some ribs and I shred and make quesadillas with them so I am eating but these are small portions. I am down 10 lbs and don’t feel the need to eat. My main issue was I am only doing the lowest dosage and haven’t taken in 1 week 3 days and the shits didn’t start until 5 days in. Is this normal. Guess I’m not wanting to go to a gastroenterologist for no reason. I don’t plan on taking my next shot until Sunday. So every 2 weeks. Is this long enough for my body to get used to this

Fiber brings water into your stool. He doesn't exactly need more of that.
OTC Imodium is where I would start until you can find foods that agree with your stomach.

Yeah I’m grabbing some this evening. Unfortunately water upsets my stomach

while true for some reason i have seen it help those that are experiencing what the OP is experiencing. dunno why but it regulates something
the imodium is fine but only seems to temporarily relieve the symptoms and they come right back
i dunno why
