If she insists on purse carrying with a round in the chamber, she should have had a holster designed to guard the trigger. It defeats the point of being locked and loaded when you have to fish around in a purse to find your gun. Israeli carry really is the best option for your average cc.

Yes, because a thug will always wait politely while you fumble with the slide to chamber a round. Properly holstered weapons are never an issue to carry in condition 1 or 0.
