Yes, broad band laser treatments do wonders for them!

I’ve had it on my face and arms and neck area. Spent too much time in sun as a kid.

I’m 71 and I’ve got them near my sideburn area on both sides. I rarely used sunscreen when younger and was in the sun a lot playing sports.
My dermatologist said that a “light” treatment was expensive and time consuming and is effective. I opted to not do that. There is all kinds of DIY things I’ve read but don’t believe any of them.
I do use a face cream with collagen that posted LSU777 suggested. Skin texture feels better now though.

It can take a couple of years but people eating a low vitamin A diet have has success with them going away.
