Why is Sysco a red flag? They are a company that brings food to restaurants. Each and every single restaurant you have ever been to has gotten their food from some distributor.

Because a lot of subpar restaurants use Sysco's premade dishes instead of cooking themselves. It effectively makes a restaurant on a level of Applebee's or airline meals.
