re: Can you sand down aggregate driveway?

A relative of a friend had some sort of blue paint on their driveway. I was a kid when I came across it and just remember how it didn’t get hot in the summers. We could play basketball barefoot at noon in the middle of August and it didn’t get hot. It was mind blowing even as an 8 year old kid. Maybe it was green… but I do remember thinking how weird it was until we started playing barefoot on it
