In attempt to seriously derail the discussion....
I don't think we can. Look at the voting numbers of women vs. men of any race or education level. (R) put up Romney and McCain and got their teeth kicked in. They've been doing the same thing to us for decades, and we just lay back and take it, with one prominent exception.
