Considering how things are, unless you get the top 3 guys, or convinced a guy like nix can be elite... You do not draft a Qb this yeaf. Ideally save it for 26 with carr's current structure (you're stuck with him 3 more years).
As of right now, you need to rebuild an OL, DL, S group. Build up quality talent over the next 2 years, find a Qb to groom in 2-3 years, and transition into 4 years of controlled rookie Qb play with a more loaded roster.
