How you can describe it as woke crap is beyond me. You must be fully indoctrinated with a very low tolerance of otherpoints of view.
Juno Temple gives a great performance, as does Jon Hamm.

I mean the Trump supporting, Christian man is the big bad of the season. Obviously he’s a cartoonish version of that, but it’s not very subtle.

Season 5 lost a lot of steam IMO with the puppet show episode. Still a damn good season of tv, but it kind of fizzled.

I think one and two pair together well. Then they kinda become stand alone. I liked five but I felt the second half of the finale was brilliant.

The acting is great by majority of the cast
The storyline kind of fizzles late in the season but still good tv

Agree. For me, it occurs the last 2-3 episodes where you’re waiting for more or something else to happen, and it doesn’t. It just kinda keeps going, wraps up and ends.

season 1 and 2 are both brilliant (s2 slightly better)
season 5 is great
Season 3 is okay
I couldn't finish watching season 4

IMHO all of the seasons except 4 are worth watching. It's the only one that I quit watching during the season.

This. I recently rewatched S3 for the 1st time since it aired. It's not as bad I remembered, probably watching it after the greatness of 1 and 2 was the reason for thinking it was bad. I enjoyed it this time around and forgot about Mr. Wrench being in it.
S4 is pretty bad though.
I beat this dead horse on here all the time but especially now that S4 of True Detective finished. Since they both came out the same year, Fargo is a far superior series to True Detective.

Don’t listen to this nutter.
S5 was very enjoyable and Juno Temple did an incredible job. John Hamm was masterclass in building up how much you grow to hate him after being on the straight and narrow in something like Top Gun or goofy innocent at first in Good Omens.
Joe Keery was also excellent going from the best Stranger Things character to an utter POS.
Still doesn’t top S1-3 though as good as it is.

Jon Hamm's best performance by a mile
