Who all do you have in the first tier? Because honestly, if we look at this past year, Michigan beats Oregon, but I think Oregon possibly beats Ohio State and I just don't trust Penn State in a meaningful game. Anyone else in the league would've gotten waxed.

Uuuuuuuhhhhhh, Washington beat Oregon...twice!
I think Ohio State would have beaten Oregon. I do agree that Penn State doesn't play well in big games or are simply overrated to begin with.
