With Mississippi not being a community property state how do they figure the equitable distribution? Is it in favor of who contributed more (I) or who contributed less (her)? We are completely amicable and aren't to that point yet but have discussed if we get there we split assets & custody 50/50 and she doesn't want child support. However I don't think the good state of Mississippi is going to sign off on that. Anybody had a similar situation?
