Protein water. Thoughts?

As a supplement of course and not main source of protein.
I’ve been drinking one on the way to work. Easy way to hit 15g of whey.

How much are they apiece? Drinking two would be 140 calories and 30g of protein.

is 15 grams of protein really worth that? Are you struggling to get enough protein through meals?
