ETA:
Two decades ago the best (hottest and most prestigious) were TriDelt, KD, Chi O, with Kappa being the most fun but not most prestigious. I used to visit a buddy up there a lot and briefly dated a KD (from New Orleans). Went up there a lot, fun as frick for a college town.
That school is unrecognizable with their huge enrollment now and I think they have several completely new sororities.

The Greek system at Ole Miss is a pretty big turn off for the school…for the kids who don’t want to go play dress up for 4 years.

KD, chi O, tri delt, DG are some of the bigger sororities.
My mom and sister were DG at ole miss. A bunch of girls I knew in high school were in the 4 above.
It’s also pretty regional where you might have a lot of coast girls go one sorority and the other has a lot of girls from the delta.

I'm a recent Ole Miss grad who was in a fraternity and married an Ole Miss sorority girl.
Tier 1: KD, Tri-Delt, Chi O, DG
Tier 2: Phi Mu, KKG, ADPi
Tier 3: Pi Phi, AOPi, Alpha Phi, Alpha Chi
*Alpha Phi and Alpha Chi are both new, having gotten their starts on campus within the past 7-8 years. They remain tier 3 but are in a relatively different situation than the other sororities in tier 3.
Like any sorority or fraternity out there, all of the sororities at Ole Miss have great people and you'll always find a friend group no matter where you end up.

These are the kinds of threads that made the OT great 10+ years ago. When I was at LSU there was a bunch of drama about a website that ranked the sororities into tiers.
