Guy gets stared at. Guy gets mad. Guy doesnt want to shoot because he doesnt want to hit kids with bullets. Guy hears “im going to get you.” Guy shoots at random person running away. Conclusion is 23 people end up getting hit by strays that are mostly kids.

Am I hearing this right?

Not quite.

The guy who pissed him off was the one running away.

He couldn’t be bothered to chase, but he was fully pissed now, and now knowingly targeted a random person in the original group he didn’t otherwise have an issue with and sentenced him to die.
