That seems like a consistent position if you’re pro-life?

I believe pro-life is from birth to death," Rep. Dixon McMakin (R) said.
I don't know if he misspoke or not but being pro-life from birth isn't the same as pro-life from conception.

Wrong! I’m pro life when the person(baby) is an innocent human being. Not for someone who has taken another person’s life.

These folks like Dixon McMakin have it all wrong. You can be pro-life in regard to a fetus developing and eventually being born, and at the same time be for the death penalty in regard to an adult who has taken someone's life.
The unborn child is pure as snow innocent while that murderer is a grownup who knows right from wrong, and decides that he or she is free to take another human beings life.
That's my answer when someone asks me how I can be pro-life. Don't let the tag, "pro-life" box you in.
