I think they didn’t want to deal with construction workers dodging bullets near Blvd De Province.

I believe we voted to widen Old Hammond eastward in Broome’s MovEBR plan.
The Jefferson Hwy. is a DOTD project that they are doing before they can turn Jefferson over to the Parish for maintenance. It is another road swop.
