Anyone else having trouble with it? It will not load on my phone. Troubleshooting tips?

log out and log back in to your tv provider or espn account

If that doesn’t work, delete the app completely and reinstall it.

All you can really do is log out/back in or delete and redownload
Could also try a network reset on your phone. Keep in mind this will wipe all saved networks (Home Wi-Fi, work etc. You'll have to log back in to those)

I’ve deleted app on TV and reinstalled and still doesn’t work. I can watch it on my phone but not on TV app. Makes no sense.

You might be able to airplay from your phone to tv.

Sorry, just assumed you were watching on an iPhone.
And is your phone connected to the same network your TV is on? You could try resetting your network (Router) and disconnecting/reconnecting your smart TV back to the network.
