It doesn't sound like the wife was drugged. She had been drinking at a Christmas party then went to duvics and kept drinking. She left with someone that wasn't her husband.
Nothing about this story adds up. Where was the husband? Why did she leave the guys home in an Uber/Lyft and not call her husband? She had a rape kit performed a few hours later but why did it take two months for them to arrest the accused despite him admitting to the encounter just "several days" after it happened.?
