Man arrested in rape, allegedly took pictures of victim while she was unconscious

Something is off here. Out with husband, she goes inside to use bathroom and ends up leaving Duvic's without husband??

Only way this makes even remote sense is if the husband is completely blackout drunk and don't know whats going on. If so, how did he get home?

The taking pictures part makes me inclined to believe that there was additional wrongdoing. Otherwise a married person has no business going home with a person of the opposite sex (who is not their spouse) unless they plan on doing the dinosaur.
