Exactly. The issues plaguing the black communities have nothing to do with racism or systems. The root cause is the culture. I'd any "system" is to blame, it's welfare.
Giving people free money only weakens them and Rob's them of the need to strive. It promotes laziness and a victim mindset.
The truth is, the only folks that can change the culture are the ones living within it.
Nobody wants to talk about that.

Talking about it means focusing on solving actual social & political problems. However that's bad for business, depriving the race-hustlers of $$$, power, and position (like the author of this bogus dreck).
The truth: The Black Community has been SOLD OUT -- especially by its own, especially once they "make it". (can't talk about that either in a public-corporate forum).
