In the end he is nothing more than an employee and the coach more or less is his manager and superior. Should be fired on the spot for shite like that.
Only an inadequate and insecure manager would think like that.
Any boss worth his salt wants feedback from his subordinates. There’s a time and a place for everything. Now, Kelce’s
actions probably wouldn’t have been tolerated between the fry station and shake machine - but in this case he is an accomplished professional who has demonstrated a mastery of his craft. Football is obviously a highly emotional game. His outburst was obviously “wrong”, but can be forgiven in the heat of the moment and context of the situation.
The truth of this matter is that a bunch of folks got their panties in a wad because Kelce made a commercial for a company who in their world view is “bad”. So now they hate Kelce.

I don’t care the setting it is never ok to lay hands on a boss and get in their face. These football players are nothing more than spoiled children. His actions are inexcusable no matter how well he plays a game because let’s face it that’s all the man does for a living.

Nah man I don't give a frick about that. I just think he's a dumbass. But I also realize he's extremely talented and at the top level of his sport and will make more money and frick better pussy than I ever will. I'm perfectly fine with that and glad he was able to turn his talents into multimillion dollar career. But I still think he's stupid.
