Get the money in the entry fee. Most teams are corporate card paying for the whole team and claiming a tax deduction. Cash on the course is a lot harder to write off/get reimbursed so you will lose participation . I much rather no mulligans as it slows the round. Find a way to keep the round under 4.5 hours and you can charge whatever you want next year.

“Par is your friend” is another way to speed up the round.
At the end of the day, the top teams will make birdies and eagles so there is no need to play it out past par.
