To answer your question, my limited experience with JJ and FH subs is their Italian sandwiches. I prefer the JJ #5 the Vito on sliced wheat over the FH Italian sandwich, but if I'm at FH subs, then that is the sandwich I get.

I haven't tried FH's other subs to make any other comparisons.

Jersey Mike's - really good

The other two? Meh...

Write-in candidate: Penn Station East Coast Subs...better than all other chains.

Firehouse Subs have more of a variety of sandwiches I like.

Jimmy John's has one sandwich I prefer over the others.

Only went to Jersey Mike's once and never went back because it had limited tables and was too small to sit down and eat. Many Firehouses are the same, but the ones I've been to have doulbe the tables than the one Jersey Mike's I went to.

This is correct. Although I like JJ's bread the best.

I'd rank Firehouse last.......seems like every sandwich I've had from there always has a sweet taste to it....not a fan of sweet sandwiches.

You listed them in the correct order.

Jersey Mike’s (Mikes way is really good. Add the hot pepper relish and it's even better.)
Jimmy John’s (Spicy peppers area really good)
Firehouse Subs

Jersey Mike's>Firehouse>Jimmy John's

Jimmy John's used to send free sampler platters over to our office in hopes of attracting new customers. The only thing it did for me was convince me to never actually pay for their food. IMO, the best thing going for them is their speed, but I'd rather wait 15 minutes in line for Jersey Mike's to make a proper sub rather than get JJ's fast.

A rarely eat at any of these places because of the bread. Thick nasty yeast bombs. I will kill the Unwhich from JJ though...

Jimmy John's is the worst food I have ever paid money for. Ours recently closed. No one was ever there.
