OP, I'd be a spiteful a-hole.
If none of the members owned the land, I'd send that email along with the club rules to the owner of the land to let him know what little bitches they are. I'd also tell them about the camp you restored with your own money.
After I collected all my stuff out of the camp, I'd be tempted to burn it to the ground.
