Headed to a bachelor party next week in south Florida. We will be peacock bass fishing one day and iguana hunting the other. Anyone ever been out this way and have bar/ food/ other recs? I’ve never been to this part of Florida before. From what I’ve heard; west Palm in particular is very hit or miss in terms of older/ retired people vs going out age. Any suggestions on where to eat, drink, and get into some mild trouble are welcomed!

Steak dinner at Rachel’s gentlemen’s club on 45th street.
You can start at the 500 block on clematis around O’Sheas and work your way east toward the water and just bar hop. The Ben hotel downtown West Palm has a cool rooftop bar. Rocco’s tacos and 123 datura are also cool spots downtown.

Every time I go down there, it's to visit old people, so I won't be too much help. I will say that the West Palm Beach Farmer's Market on Saturday morning is pretty awesome. There are quite a few good restaurants. Benny's down in Lake Worth is solid for brunch.
Oceano Kitchen is an excellent chef-driven restaurant in Lantana. The chef has a bit of a soup nazi style reputation (no substitions, daily set menu, cash only), but the food is excellent and it's a great dining experience if you have the right attitude.

Clematis Street for restaurants and bars. That's about all I got. It's kind of awkward, but I'm the same age as some old people.
I second Benny's on the pier for great views and decent food. You can literally walk out of the restaurant onto the beach and hang out there for a while, before/after eating.
We almost lost Benny's last year, as the city didn't renew the lease. Public outcry made them reconsider, and Benny's lease was renewed a couple of weeks before they were scheduled to go out of business.
