I’d be more critical of this but the RNC is almost a nonentity these days because of several factors, including that people have stopped giving to national parties in favor of giving to specific candidates.
Don’t like him but I don’t see a ton of damage he could do from this spot compared to the Speaker position.

While Gaetz may be a bit shrill.....I do like the fact that he sticks to his gun and is unwavering in his beliefs. He calls it as he sees it and doesn't apologize. He may be crude or arrogant...but he's good at bluntly saying what he thinks and doesn't tend to back down. I like the guy.

I’m doing what I can with the people I have here in Washington right now. The errant expulsion of George Santos and the abject selfishness of Kevin McCarthy contributed to this result as much as the 3 Republicans who voted no.
