That’s on people with type 2 diabetes. Not necessarily transferrable to the general public. And the intro itself mentions that sedentary lifestyles play a role, too. Be weary of studies. Not all of them or what they seem.

That’s my biggest point.
WAFB, the go-to news source for many, is broadcasting this as broad fact when it’s not just the case.
