Maybe this is a totally different conversation, but are you people supplementing fiber too? How the hell isn’t everyone shitting everything away after ingesting 55-80g of protein in a sitting
I was told to space it out cause the body can only use so much at once and will evacuate what it can’t process

doesnt work that away. that came from the fact that muscle protein synthesis is maxed at 30g protein. but what happens is your body slows absorption after that and your body keeps mps high longer.

is it better to space out....very slightly but better to hit the macros consistently and not worrying about minor things like timing until you are below 15% bodyfat at most.


as far as fiber, i dont and dont need to. have no problem shitting.

Great point. This was one of my carnivore meals. And yes, the diarrhea was legendary, looked like how the L.A. river looked like the last couple of days. When I finished carnivore I started using a Flax based wrap. 25g of carbs but 18g of them were fiber. Helped fix that problem.
