look in the putthaforkdown thread, i listed a could instagram pages that rountinely put out great meal prep recipes in the 500 calorie and 50g protein range. 3 of those and a shake and boom you are there for most people.
and shite, try a psmf and then i will listen to complaining. 250g of protein in 1200-1400 max calories is hard. not 200 in 2000k cals.
