muscle and longevity
I have long been of the mind (especially after hearing Nolan Ryan talk about the virtues of weight lifting and the longevity of his career) that resistance training is more important than "cardio". Attia seems to be coming out now claiming shite like 15+ hours of cardio per week is the be all, end all (despite being radically unrealistic, IMO). What's your opinion?

Assuming one is 18% or lower

I rank resistance training as number 1 for health and longevity

diet that’s high in protein number 2

Walking number 3

Ability to perform high intensity cardio number 4(I think ability to sprint I fill out is important in your 50s &60s

Zone 2 cardio number 5

And John Rusin has been on the 10+ hours of zone 2 a week BS. Imo, like yours, totally unrealistic. Many of the influencers have gotten completely out of control saying you need 15-20 of exercise a week. Way way out of control
