well ffmi is taking into account the amount of muscle you have only. not bodyfat. and at 172 at 73" that wouldnt be a ton of muscle overall.
still a good look but ffmi is simply a reading of your fat free mass. and how it ranks

I definitely don't lift to keep bulking up. I lift to be in good shape and to get the resistance training in general.

So do you need to have one of those body scans to determine body fat percentage to accurately use the FFMI calc?
