I'm not saying I'm Mark Wahlberg, but it still seems crazy that I would be just barely on the right side of the "average" ffmi.
This strikes me as similar to the FICO score stuff. I can't imagine someone having a more pristine record than me, and I routinely hover around 800. And yet, that is also like "pretty good".

well ffmi is taking into account the amount of muscle you have only. not bodyfat. and at 172 at 73" that wouldnt be a ton of muscle overall.
