Radarscope. $10 will get you access to all radars with detailed reflectivity, velocity, correlation coefficient etc. it’s was all the experts use. For forecasts check national weather service or go directly to models on a site like Pivotal weather or tropical tidbits.

I’ve wondered why Apple doesn’t partner with a real weather organization to develop an app instead of their mostly unreliable and sometimes comical native app.
