When you read it in context with the entire article...it sounds to me that he is saying ND is his dream job...but it is not the right job for his family because of national recruiting that has to be done. He talks how he spent every night in airport hotels when he was at ND previously...but at Florida he stays within a 5-hour drive from home. His youngest child is in middle school...so that puts him at Florida at least another 4-5 years..at least that is what it indicated.
4 years in college coaching is the equivalent of 20 years in our 'normal Joe' working world.

One way or the other next year will be his last year at Florida (prediction). Either Charlie is too sick to continue this year or he is fired or resigns after next year. Hear that Florida recruits. Don't go to Floriday if you are going to play for Urban Meyer. He won't be there very long.
