Is the "Nature Made" fish oil considered garbage? I remember reading up on it years ago and there was controversy.

I just ordered the Viva Antarctic Krill Oil but just wondering how/why it was superior to the grocery store brand.

I'll also have you know that I'm stocked on Atkins microwave meals, romaine lettuce, rainbow carrots, and chicken. And unsalted almonds for crunchy cravings. I've only got about 20 pounds to lose so hopefully that journey won't be too long.

I received my Antarctic Krill Oil from Viva and the label says it also contains Tilapia.

So is it really Krill oil or just bargain brand fish oil with a speck of Krill oil?
