so trying to get your blood work in order i suggest the following
1) have a calcium score done
2) start lifting weights
3) clean up your diet. get rid of processed crap
for supplements
1) Nattokinase- take doctors best version. 2-4 caps in the morning, same at night. will reduce risk of stroke to almost zero, helps overall cholesterol numbers and hdl. read LINK
2) Citrus bergmont- 2-4 caps twice daily- will improve hdl
3) Vitamin super K- 2 caps morning, 1 night (read this
4) 4-6 oz pure pomegranate juice not from concentrate
5) Krill oil- 6-8 caps per day (read this)
6) super Curcumin- 3-4 caps per day LINK
if you have Bp issues at all....take carditone LINK
all of the above works amazing. plenty of guys here have used some combo of the above to get their blood work in order.
