I suppose if I lived a more primitive natural life on the edge of the ocean and ate mackerel head soup everyday I wouldn't need supplements. But here I am, looking for supplements.

On a Health and Fitness board.

Trying to better myself.

And I get walnuts and salmon.

By the way, doesn't farm raised salmon have negative omega's?

Krill oil is better and more stable

But what are you actually trying to achieve, blood marker wise?
