Finishing up Crisis Core. About to fight final boss but had to go out of town.

Crisis core def enhances Zack and cloud. Genesis and Angeal were good catalyst but ultimately it sets the tone as why Cloud would basically take Zack’s identity or carry on his legacy.

Zack is a bit annoying but a 10/10 dude and I now know why cloud admired him.

Didn’t do a crazy amount in regard to Sephiroth. Felt like 7og did a solid job at fleshing out Sephiroth. CC was just a rehash plus a little extra for him.

This reunion version of CC is a solid 8.5/10 for me.

Negatives were really just that the dialog feels quite empty at times. Missions were like crack but I feel like there is more than what’s really needed. But more power to those people. Think I have about 35% progress in regards to those. I’m just at the point I’m ready to finish the game and move on to the demo so I will not finish all of those.

Have tickets to see Advent Children tonight. Is it worth seeing in terms of something we should know before Rebirth? I know it takes place a few years after OG (already played) but is interesting that they decided to put it in theaters with “new” info and footage for the new game. Could also just be a cash grab to capitalize and they don’t care at which order new players consume the storyline.

I thought CC was alright. I top played rebirth. What was most jarring for me was seeing updated graphics and models move like the old psp models

Combat was fun
