When our kids were little, I worked full time out of true necessity and then not at all and didn’t like that so part time was it for me. Brought kids to school and picked them up so what I did while they were at school didn’t matter. One day I mentioned working full time and they were like “wait .. why? Who will pick us up and all of that??”

So what does she do now? All of ours are grown and gone, grandkids live away and I work part time one or two days. The other I clean house and then do what I want. I feel awful and lazy for that.

But dinner is always cooked, house mostly clean and laundry always done.

Living the life I guess .. and I appreciate my husbands work immensely.

My wife enjoys cooking even though she works. We do pay a cleaning team to clean once a week.

One day my wife will decide to quit working full time but I'm not sure when that will be. She's 6 years younger than me so she thinks she wants to keep working for a few years but she had foot surgery and has been off since Thanksgiving.

Truthfully, I think she's enjoyed hanging out with me way too much in the past couple months. I'm actually a pretty cool dude and I gave a lot of fun.
