Not anymore. My folks live off that exit. The grandkids are going to be making a hell of a lot of Buc-ee’s trips with grandma and grandpa

LAMAR fickin 2 eat on their I-10/i-12 billboards. Price going up for all the lawyers to keep them if they don’t want Buc-ee’s to get their hands on them.

In a way I hope we don't. It wouldn't be a special thing if we had one close.

We got Tiger Truck Stop and Billy's Boudin which both own Bucee's anyway

Meh. I like Billy’s but they are nowhere near as clean as Buc-ees

More likely people are asking too much for the available land (common in La) and the company isn’t pulling the trigger.

Louisiana Avenue off I-10 would be an ideal spot. So would a handful of places in Livingston Parish off I-12.

Hopefully. Having no bridge on Menge has been a huge PIA.

1000 percent agree

My brother lives north of exit and works in Gulfport. This has made his commute a lot longer.

Doubt it. Live right down the road. Only thing on the ground is clay.

Thanks Louisiana politicians who don't allow anything to happen here unless some elected official is getting paid or whoever wants to do business here agrees to hire someone's brother in laws company as a contractor

Does anyone know what size it will be? There is a hell of a variation in buc-ees depending on locale. Some of them are hardly more than a convenience store with a really clean shitter and some of them are much larger.

Gonna be a full size travel center

They really aren’t building the small ones anymore.

Yep. I drive by there on a regular basis.

The big suprise about the Buccees is a construction project of any kind being ahead of schedule.
