If we can do a whiteout in the P-mac….

Let’s do one in tiger stadium….the only other stadium atmospheres that I feel is considered in the convo for the best in cfb is penn state. And that’s largely because of their whiteout game. Tiger stadium is on the top of lists because of our fans. Combine our fans energy with a whiteout. I think it would be no debate, best atmosphere in cfb. The university sets up “gold” games most years why can’t we do a “white out” game.
P.S , devin white white out game really gets overlooked because we got blown out. And I’m pretty sure that was organized by fans I could be wrong though.

LSU- Florida in 2003 was a whiteout. Lost 19-7.

LSU vs. Vanderbilt in 1997 was a whiteout. LSU won 35-0.
Vanderbilt was salty that LSU hired DiNardo from them. Back in those days LSU had to ask the visiting team for permission to wear white jerseys at home. Vanderbilt did not oblige, LSU wore gold jerseys and asked all fans to wear white to spite Vanderbilt.

White out is Penn State’s thing. Gold game is enough. Maybe try to stripe the lower bowl but good luck knowing how flaky the “fans” in the lower east and lower west are. Constantly embarrassing the brand on national TV

Penn State does it and it’s cool. Then everybody started trying to copy it. We don’t have to copy anyone, our stadium atmosphere is enough without gimmicks. One thing I respect Tennessee for is the orange and white sections in their stadium. Again, that’s them, not us. Besides, getting 100,000 people to agree…??
