Seems just a year or so ago the hard core Trumpists on this board hated Greg Abbott.
Funny, because when it comes to probably the smartest plan in bringing needed awareness of the illegal immigration problem, that was Abbott with the free transportation to places like NYC, DC, Chicago, etc.

This wasn’t ever about Trump. Many of us heavily criticized Abbott for ignoring this problem for so long. Many still are. Doesn’t mean we won’t support him when he’s finally addressing the issue.
Not everything should be viewed through that kind of political lens.

He's been the governor since 2015. What took him so long?
Most people support him now, but wanted this kind of action years ago.
