A set of 4 tires on a current stock model S is $3000.

Yeah frick all that

It is so funny that people just believe randos throwing out something with no support. Confirmation bias is a helluva drug.

Lets look at the price ranges, the first two tires are the highest and lowest priced tires Tirerack has for the Model 3 AWD Performance they are at the upper end of the range because they are 20" high performance tires.

Here is the range for tires to fit the Model 3 AWD so 18" and lower performance more of a grand touring tire

Do you see anything approaching $3000 for a set? I am not saying some tire shop somewhere won't charge someone $3k for a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires for a Model 3 but someone would be a fool for paying that.

I own a plaid and put tires on it in November, and previously late 2022 as well. My only complaint about the car is the camber destroying the inside tread rapidly. The person who pointed out that the car can also come with 19s has a way better point than you. As previously mentioned, the 21s end in 101Y for the front and 102Y for the rear. My number was entirely accurate, and tirebuyer and tire rack didn't even have the correct tires in stock when I needed them 2 months ago.
