Thoughts? Don’t want to haggle at a dealership.

Find the best listed price on what you want, travel to where it is and pay that.

Find a vehicle you like. Show the sale associate your trade (that you cleaned up nicely) and how much you want to spend a month. Plus any other down payment.

Let him get with his manager and make it happen. Easy peasey.

Do tons of research online

Don't be afraid to look online at dealerships out of your area. I recently purchased a new truck from a dealership in the DFW area. We negotiated everything via email...I saved considerably - well worth the one way plane ticket, tank of gas, and a day of my time to save thousands of dollars.

Find two dealerships that hate each other then go back and forth with them haggling till one folds and offers you the better deal out of spite.

I recently bought a new car from a dealership in Rayville LA. Did everything by email and only went to the dealership to sign the paperwork, give them a check and my trade. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Never tell them how much you want to pay per month and don’t get extended warranties. Best way is to go to the dealership and don’t buy anything, say no to whatever price they are giving you.l and leave. They will call you back with a better deal within a week.
