Same scenario in high school when he transferred from Bastrop to Neville. He’s an entitled, egotistical, a-hole

Heard ain't in good enough shape to run up and down the field in that offense. The big dummy had it made at LSU, the way they were developing him and easing him into the lineup. Now we get to see how much heart he has on that pitiful line, my guess is that he will be begging to transfer back to Baton Rouge after complaining about being hurt, the second half of the season at Tennessee.

With the possible exception of a QB…

I do not care who the player is. If you don’t play we don’t pay to keep you. No exception. Can’t run a football team that way. You get $$ on potential as a recruit. Once you enroll you earn it.

I see guys celebrating that it’s not Ole Miss. Once we get our DL set up with the new DL coach and DC I’d rather face him and toast him, but he’s just Tiger Bait now.

I love LSU, and love following recruiting, but you are the saddest group of “adults” on the internet.

He left his job to make more money, and get a promotion somewhere else. That’s how this country works, that’s what 99% of us would do.

You wouldn’t because you still make $10 at McDonalds because of loyalty right?

It sucks when somebody leaves, but yall need to grow up and go touch some grass.

Without question he was guaranteed the LT spot. That's the only reason he left in the first place

There's no way he was guaranteed the LT position the year after Campbell was a freshman all american. He may have been told he could compete for a starting spot somewhere on the line other than center. Jones was a freshman all american as well even though most agree he’ll be a guard in the NFL. Bottom line is that Heard is impatient and selfish. He didn’t come in and unseat the extremely talented players in front of him, so instead of working hard and learning from those talented players around him, he decides to take the easy route. Five star recruit or not, sometimes you just have to wait your turn.

He was adamant from the start that he was going to be in the Left Tackle slot. When he saw that was not going to happen at LSU next year, he was not willing to wait. His choice. He is talented but I question his judgement, but it is on him. He is the one that lives or dies by his decisions. I got no malice for him. We all make decisions in life and some work out great and some not so much.
