These are the same people that took Darnold and Zach Wilson in the top 5

Don’t know much about football do ya???

Daniels is not an NFL QB. If someone drafts him in the first rd, they’ll be fired within three years.
I mean maybe.
But jalen hurts and dak Prescott weren’t NFL QBs. I fell out of my chair when some drafted Josh Allen. Lamar Jackson is walking a HOF path.
The league has changed and Daniels has a lot to like in the NFL
I think this is a great QB class. Think Al four of those guys plus Penix should go top 10.

Daniels as QB1 of 2024 NFL Draft
Nice and deserving too

Why would he not be? Both were great runners in college. And Daniels was always a better pure thrower.
The most important thing is who drafts a player. Jackson was taken by Baltimore. A solid franchise who generally had pretty good talent. Most importantly they accepted he wasn’t your “traditional” QB and were willing to tailor their offense to fit his best skill set. If another team takes him. One with less talent around him, and one that demanded he fit their offensive approach vs tailoring the offense to him Jackson may not even be in the league now.

It’s all gonna come down to combine and pro-days.
I think either of the 3 would be a safe bet at #1 but JD5 will be ready sooner based on the progression he has made.

you need to be able to work in the system and ad lib. Thats literally the prostyle NFL QB right now. Pat Mahomes.

JD will be great... I don't think better than Lamar though... people say he can throw better but that's debatable... JD was throwing to 2 WR going in the first round.. Lamar didn't have that type of talent... another thing JD won't get drafted 31st in the draft or be suggested to play WR... so drive and chip in shoulder won't be the same
Go check their completion percentage in college, it’s not even close. Lamar has never been that accurate of a passer, never eclipsed 60 completion percentage. He was also lighting up terrible teams if you want to go to the JD5 was throwing to great receivers route.

Lamar didn't play with any future NFL lineman either... again I think JD will be great... but people saying he better than a 2x MVP(he's winning this year) is bullshite... I watched both... Lamar just a better football player and that's no knock on JD...

This seems true for every QB

This is where having the third pick is golden. Don’t have to make the decision

This statement kinda loses its power when it’s used all the time for a prospect

For over a year, there has been media driven hype about USC quarterback Caleb Williams
And considering we haven't had the combine, their pro days, and teams haven't done interviews or private workouts; is it anyone's surprise there would be mixed results for the order between these 3?

But it seems the media says it about a few players each year

While we're here, can you please tell me what NFL quarterback traits Jayden Daniels is lacking? Thanks.
He’s a great QB. Needs to add about 25lbs of muscle or he’s going to get folded over his first year. Unfortunately I see him as very injury prone due to his build in the NFL.

A lot of posturing going on…can’t recall a time where an overwhelming #1 like Caleb is at QB didn’t end up #1
